SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO \u2013 Red Academy celebrates impressive results and outlines future plans.At a press conference this morning in San Benedetto del Tronto, Red Academy shared the outcomes of its three years of operation and its development programs for the next three years. Riccardo Rossi, General Director of Redorange, discussed the results of the training programs and their impact on the local area:\u201c95% of the over 140 trainees are employed, with 80% employed within six months after completing the program. We\u2019ve ful\ufb01lled a dual role, creating job opportunities for unemployed youth while simultaneously providing companies with specialized resources they urgently need.\u201dRossi further emphasized the effectiveness of the Academy\u2019s organizational model:\u201cParticipants have the opportunity to practice in computer-equipped classrooms using innovative augmented reality systems, software from major players, and computer numerical control machines in the Smart Factory. Our offering is available nationwide, with a particular focus on the Marche and Abruzzo regions. Thanks to private support and funds secured from regional and European grants, we can offer training completely free of charge. For some students from out of town, we even managed to provide accommodation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

Looking ahead, Riccardo Rossi shared the next steps:\u201cThe goal is to present courses aligned with the new needs expressed by the Industry 4.0 paradigm. Among the priorities will be mechatronics and the development of skills in new technological \ufb01elds: human-machine connection, arti\ufb01cial intelligence, and the creation of digital twins for product performance and production.\u201dEchoing this, Elio Radice, president of Tech-Value and platinum partner of Siemens, remarked:\u201cThe partnership with Redorange is of great strategic value. The innovative solutions we will offer to local businesses require, \ufb01rst and foremost, professional skills capable of managing and levera-ging them effectively. Redorange, as a synergistic model, \ufb01ts into this virtuous cycle, connecting current software offerings, transferring know-how, and providing businesses with new opportunities for growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

The press conference was closed by the Mayor of San Benedetto del Tronto, Pasqualino Piunti, who stated:\u201cRed Academy is a valuable resource for the entire community. Young people have the opportunity to \ufb01nd here a path to improve and re\ufb01ne their skills, develop their potential, and embark on a career path. Red Academy is the region\u2019s reference point on these topics, especially for the indu-strial area of our province. It is no coincidence that there has been a strong connection with local schools, including the Fazzini-Mercantini Institute in Grottammare and Ripatransone, and the ITS of Ascoli Piceno.\u201dIt\u2019s worth noting that Redorange, thanks to its activities, was awarded the prestigious \u201cIndustria Felix\u201d award for Emilia Romagna, Marche, and Umbria by Il Sole 24 Ore, recognizing it as one of the best-performing companies over the last three years.<\/p>\n\n
